Welcome to FX3 Dairy, a micro-dairy established in 2020 with a mission to produce the finest natural raw milk from our beloved Jersey cows. Located in Lubbock County, just 3 miles east of Abernathy, Texas, we take pride in our commitment to small-scale, sustainable dairy farming that prioritizes quality over quantity.
At FX3 Dairy, we believe that great milk starts with happy, healthy cows. As the only dairy holding a state permit in the area (#482022) for raw milk for retail sale, we adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality. Our artisanal practices honor tradition while embracing responsible farming methods, allowing you to enjoy our unpasteurized raw milk free of artificial additives—just as nature intended.
